Our products and images are offered as a guide only. The colour and finishes of the product may vary depending on screen display. While every effort if made to ensure that the website product images and descriptions are correct Indigo Earth Designs Pty Ltd will not be held accountable for variations and imperfections of handmade products. Each pieces is unique and one of a kind, no two pieces will ever be the same.
To maintain the integrity of your Indigo Earth Designs pot we recommend to leave plants in their plastic pots and place inside our lightweight pots. It will make it easier for moving, changing plants and watering, keeping the finish of the product at its optimum for longer.
If you do decide to plan directly into the pot we highly recommend sealing the interior, putting adequate drainage (rocks/pebbles) at the bottom to allow free drainage of your pot, and that the pot is not sitting directly on a flat surface as this inhibits the drainage hole.
As Indigo Earth Designs cannot be accountable for the planting process we will not be held responsible for the integrity and finish of a pot that has been directly planted into.
All prices displayed in our product pages are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include 10% Goods & Services Tax (GST). We reserve the right to change prices without notification for products displayed on our online store at any time. The prices payable for the goods shall be price applicable on the date the goods are ordered.
Once you place an order with Indigo Earth Designs Pty Ltd you will receive an automatic email acknowledging your order.

In accordance with ACCC regulations you have 48 hours from the hour after you receive your order to cancel your order with us.
If you wish to do this we require notification in writing via email at info@indigoearth designs.com.au
We do not accept cancellations of orders once payment is made.
We will use the most appropriate transport company to ensure the best possible price to your location. While every care is taken to deliver your pots in perfect order they are FRAGILE! All items purchased from Indigo Earth Designs Pty Ltd are wrapped in appropriate packing material to ensure safe arrival of your purchase.
Indigo Earth Designs Pty Ltd offers flat rate shipping for single and multiple product orders to all metro capital cities in Australia.( Including Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast), excluding Darwin. Due to the size of our products we will provide a shipping quote for Darwin and all regional areas within Australia. Please contact Indigo Earth Designs Pty Ltd at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will contact you within 48hrs (excluding weekends) with a shipping quote.

Please check your pot on delivery in front of the driver if there has been any breakages return it to the driver and contact us immediately.
If a parcel has not arrived in the specified delivery time please track your parcel with the information provided on dispatch. If this does not assist please contact us at email@example.com.
Local Pick Up is available by prior arrangement. We are located in Wynnum, Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. Orders can be collected Monday - Friday between 10am - 2pm, subject to the availability of Indigo Earth Designs Pty Ltd. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org once you have placed an order to confirm collection time. If you nominate to Pick Up your order, it is your responsibility to collect your order. If you nominate to Pick Up your order, but instead would like you order shipped, it will be your responsibility to cover all shipping costs associated with the order.
Indigo Earth Designs Pty Ltd will not accept returns for any change of mind claims and will not refund or exchange for this reason. Please consider the prior to placing your order. Do not hesitate to contact us with any questions you might have about the product prior to purchasing it.
If you wish to return an item to Indigo Earth Designs Pty Ltd please notify us in writing within 3 days of receiving your goods, quoting your full name, shopping address and reason for your request to return the goods. We will only accept the return of a good if it is in its original condition and has its original ticket and packaging in place and proof of purchase/payment receipt can be presented. Returned item/s found not in original condition and without original packing, ticketing and proof of purchase/payment receipt in place will be returned to the customer and no refund will be granted.

Once we have received your returned goods we will notify you in writing and advise you of your refund entitlement. Please note, we are unable to credit the original shipping costs unless the item/s was found to be faulty or was not as per the initial order. The cost of returning the item/s to us will be at the expense of the customer unless the item/s was found to be faulty or was not as per the initial order. If the item/s is found to be faulty or not as per initial order, we will require evidence by way of a photo of the product emailed to us before a refund or exchange is granted. We will check every item before despatch and use high quality packing materials to ensure the safe arrival of your purchased item.
